30 day returns

Easy peasy, you can return any goods, for any reason, within 30 days.  unfortunately you can’t return personalized goods, or pierced goods which are no longer in their sealed packaging, but everything else is not a problem.  this does not affect your statutory rights, and includes the 14 day statutory cooling off period.  if you would like to cancel an order you will receive a full refund within 14 days of cancelling and returning your products to us.

   How do i return my order?

In order to return your jewellery within 30 days, please click here and log in to your account. this will allow you to select the items you wish to return. this will only take a couple of minutes, and can be from your phone, tablet or computer! we would advise you use a recorded method of posting the goods back to us. Checked out as a guest?

No problem! click the ‘create a return’ button above, and click ‘i checked out as guest’. you can create your return with your email address and order number (found on your order confirmation email). you don’t need to enter the jewel-box bit, just the number! and we’ll set up the return for you (without creating an account)

What happens if my item is faulty?

We believe that our products are not only excellent value but also of the highest quality! we do understand that there may be the odd occasion when there may be something wrong with the item you have ordered.
